摘要:
肱骨近端骨折严重影响老年患者的健康及生活质量,老年肱骨近端骨折患者多由于其本身合并有骨质疏松及其他内科合并症,治疗方案存在一定争议,目前为止其治疗方案的选择并无固定模式。文章主要就肱骨近端骨折治疗选择的影响因素以及保守治疗与手术治疗的选择方式等进行综述。
