摘要:
根据国内外的研究报告,腹腔镜肾上腺切除术已经逐步取代开放术式,成为肾上腺切除术的首选方法 及金标准。腹腔镜肾上腺切除术因其不同的手术入路,拥有不同的适应证及手术特点。其中,3D技术、单孔腹腔镜、机器人技术又以各自的优势推动着微创肾上腺切除术的发展,尤其在术中出血量、患者康复时间、手术并发症及美容效果等方面,优势明显。文章主要就微创肾上腺切除术的适应证、手术方式的选择及其特点进行综述。
