摘要:
功能性便秘(FC)病因尚不十分明确, 治疗困难。近年来各项针对FC的发病机制及中西医药物研究不断被业内学者所报道。文章主要对近年来有关离子通道与FC关系的基础研究、离子通道介导治疗便秘的临床试验、通便中药对离子通道影响的实验研究以及离子通道在FC发病中的作用进行综述。
