摘要:
目的 探究加速康复外科(FTS)在腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者围术期的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析2012年1月至2018年3月东部战区总医院泌尿外科行腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术86例患者的临床资料,按围术期处理方式不同分为FTS组42例(进行FTS模式围术期处理)和对照组44例(进行传统围术期处理),比较分析2组患者围术期情况,包括首次下床活动时间、术后引流管及导尿管留置时间、术中出血量等。 结果 所有患者均在围术期恢复,无死亡。FTS组患者较对照组首次下床活动时间[(2.9±1.1)d vs (4.0±1.2)d]、术后肛门排气时间[(59.3±22.0)h) vs (76.8±30.1)h]、导管拔除时间[(10.3±3.1)d vs (13.9±3.5)d]、住院时间[(12.2±3.3)d vs (20.6±6.6)d]明显缩短(P<0.05),住院费用更低(P<0.01)。 结论 在FTS模式围术期处理的腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术是安全有效的,有利于患者早日康复,缩短患者住院时间,并可减轻患者负担。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (FTS) in perioperative period of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy between January 2012 and March 2018 in the Department of Urology,General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command,was performed. Total 86 cases were divided into FTS group and control group according to the perioperative treatment. The FTS group underwent perioperative management in the FTS mode,and the control group underwent traditional perioperative management. The perioperative status of the two groups was compared and analyzed,including the postoperative drainage tube and catheter indwelling time,the first time to get out of bed,and intraoperative bleeding,and so on. Results All patients recovered during the perioperative period without death. Patients in the FTS group had earlier time to get out of bed [(2.9±1.1)d vs (4.0±1.2)d],and earlier postoperative anal exhaust time [(59.3±22.0)h ) vs (76.8±30.1)h],earlier catheter removal time [(10.3±3.1)d vs (13.9±3.5)d],shorter hospital stay [(12.2±3.3)d vs (20.6±6.6)d], and lower hospitalization costs (P<0.01) than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative radical laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the FTS mode is safe and effective,which is beneficial to patients’ early recovery,shortens the hospital stay and reduces the burden on patients.
