摘要:
如何防范医疗风险，保证患者安全已成为医疗行业关注的重要问题。患者安全文化作为医疗机构在保障患者安全的过程中，医务人员形成的对患者安全的认知、价值观和行为规范，是组织内最稳固持久的力量。定期评估和加强患者安全文化建设是医院开展患者安全管理的重要方法之一。文章主要从患者安全文化的定义、特征、起源及发展、测评工具、现状及提升对策等进行综述。
Abstract:
How to prevent medical risks and ensure the safety of patients has become an important issue concerned by the medical industry. In the process of ensuring the safety of patients in medical institutions，patient safety culture is the cognition，values and behavior norms of patient safety formed by medical staff. It is the most stable and lasting force in the organization. Regular evaluation and strengthening patient safety culture is one of the important methods for hospital to carry out safety management. This paper reviews the research progress of patient safety culture，including the definition、characteristics、origin and development、evaluation tools、current situation and promotion countermeasure.
