摘要:
目的探讨核致密斑点型(AC-2)自身抗体的临床应用。方法收集19例南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院检验科的血清标本,免疫印迹法(WB)检测抗核抗体谱(IgG)和抗DFS70抗体(IgG),间接免疫荧光法(IIF)检测抗核抗体(IgG),观察并记录结果。结果19例标本中,抗DFS70抗体均为阳性,抗核抗体核型均为AC-2,抗核抗体谱中有2例阳性。结论AC-2是荧光模型国际共识(ICAP)定义的细胞核核型中的斑点型的亚型之一,国内检验人员应努力学习其荧光显微镜下表现,了解其临床意义,为临床提供准确的检验报告。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of nuclear dense fine speckled (AC-2) autoantibodies.Methods19 serum samples were collected from the Laboratory Department of Gulou Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Nanjing University. Antinuclear antibody spectrum (IgG) and anti-DFS70 antibody (IgG) were detected by immuno-blotting method, and anti-nuclear antibody (IgG) was detected by indirect immunofluorescence method. The results were observed and recorded.ResultsAnti-DFS70 antibody was positive in all 19 specimens, anti-nuclear antibody karyotype was dense spot type (AC-2), and anti-nuclear antibody spectrum was positive in 2 of 19 specimens.ConclusionAC-2 is one of the dot subtypes in the karyotype defined by ICAP. Domestic laboratory personnel should study its fluorescence microscopic manifestations, understand its clinical significance and provide accurate test reports for clinical practice.
