摘要:
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行时期,军队医疗机构是所在地区军地伤病员诊疗救治的重要场所,防止医疗机构因采供血和输血导致院内交叉感染是一项重要而又紧迫的工作。非采供血军队医疗机构主要是由地方血液中心保障血液供应,疫情期间,血液和人员都有一定的潜在风险。文章通过分析COVID-19流行特征,围绕血液的采集、制备、运输、储存以及使用等过程中相关人员的潜在风险,提出有针对性的安全防护措施,使采血、输血和用血全过程安全可靠。
Abstract:
During the epidemic period of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), military medical institutions are a key place for the treatment and treatment of wounded and sick military personnel in the region. It is an important and urgent task to prevent the cross-infection caused by blood collection, blood supply and transfusion in medical institutions. Non-blood collection and supply military medical institutions mainly rely on local blood centers to ensure a blood supply. During the epidemic, both blood and personnel have certain potential risks. This paper will analyze the epidemic characteristics of COVID-19 and the potential risks to relevant personnel in the process of blood collection, preparation, transportation, storage and use, and propose targeted safety protection measures to make the whole process of blood collection, transfusion and use safe and reliable.
