摘要:
尿路上皮癌是常见的实体恶性肿瘤,大多数病例(90%~95%)发生在下尿路(膀胱和尿道),其余病例发生在上尿路(肾盏、肾盂和输尿管)。相比下尿路上皮癌,目前对上尿路上皮癌(UTUC)的认识尚不全面,尤其是手术治疗方案的选择。文章主要通过低级别肿瘤的保肾手术、高级别肿瘤的根治性肾输尿管除术以及转移性肿瘤的姑息手术等对UTUC的手术治疗进行综述。
Abstract:
Urothelial cancer is a common solid malignant tumor, with a majority of cases (90% to 95%) occurring in the lower urinary tract (bladder and urethra) and the other cases in the upper urinary tract (renal calyx, renal pelvis and ureter). Compared with lower urothelial carcinoma, the understanding of upper urothelial carcinoma is not comprehensive, especially the choice of surgical treatment. The surgical treatment of upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) includes kidney-conserving surgery for low-grade tumors, radical nephroureterectomy for high-grade tumors and palliative surgery for metastatic tumors were reviewed.
