摘要:
放射性膀胱炎是盆腔恶性肿瘤放射治疗后公认的可能副作用,如果得不到有效控制,会严重影响患者生活质量,甚至导致严重出血甚至死亡。高压氧治疗是放射性膀胱炎有效的治疗方式之一。文章主要对高压氧治疗放射性膀胱炎的作用机理、疗效、方案等研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Radiation cystitis is a recognizeda possible side effect of therapeutic radiation administered for a variety of pelvic malignancy. If not managed effectively, it can have a major impact on the quality of life of a patient and can lead to severe hemorrhaging and even death. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is one of the effective methods for radiation cystitis. Here reviews the progress on mechanisms, curative effects and regimens in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy for radiation cystitis.
