摘要:
目的观察肺癌手术后并发室上性心律失常的患者静脉注射胺碘酮的有效性和安全性。方法选择非小细胞肺癌术后并发室上性心律失常的患者43例，给予静脉注射胺碘酮，转复为窦性心律的时间超过24 h后，停用胺碘酮，观察使用胺碘酮转复肺癌手术后并发室上性心律失常的临床疗效。结果43例患者中通过胺碘酮治疗转复为窦性心律有37例(86％)，6例采取直流电复律转复。结论使用胺碘酮转复肺癌手术后并发室上性心律失常是安全有效的。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous amiodarone for treating supraventricular arrhythmias after operation in patients with lung cancer.Methods199 patients with non-small cell lung cancer underwent lung surgery. Supraventricular arrhythmias were noted and conserved when occurring. Amiodarone was administrated until normal rhythm for more than 24 hours.Effectiveness of amiodarone was observed in this period. Results43 patients suffering from supraventricular arrhythmias after operation, 37(86％) patients got recovery from supraventricular arrhythmias after amiodarone administration. 6 patients underwent electric cardioversion. ConclusionAmiodarone is effective and safe for treating supraventricular arrhythmias after operation in patients with lung cancer.
