摘要:
目的 观察肝癌非手术治疗后的超声造影特征，探讨其临床应用价值。方法 138例肝癌患者180个病灶经多种非手术方法治疗后行超声造影检查，分析其造影表现并评价其疗效。结果 CEUS对残存肿瘤诊断的特异性和准确性分别为98.4%和98.9%，与增强CT及MRI相当，并在TACE治疗结果判断中具有一定的优势。结论 超声造影可以作为非手术方法治疗肝癌疗效的评估方法。
Abstract:
Objective To observe characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) of non-operative treatments for hepatic carcinomas and explore its clinical value. Methods 138 patients with 180 lesions after non-operative treatment for liver cancer were examined by CEUS. The sonograms were analyzed and used for estimation of curative effect. Results The specificity and accuracy of CEUS for detection of residual tumor after non-operative therapy were 98.4% and 98.9% respectively, which were similar to those of contrast-enhanced CT and MRI, and were superior to that of CECT on TACE treatment. Conclusion The contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can be used to monitor the curative effect on non-operative therapy for liver cancer.
