摘要:
目的 分析三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗老年非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法 60例老年非小细胞肺癌的患者，全部采用WDVE-XKY808立体定向适形放射治疗系统。3DCRT处方剂量为DT40～60 Gy，中位剂量为50 Gy，参考剂量曲线选定为80%～90%。分割方式:2～4 Gy/次，每次间隔1～3天。结果 肿瘤完全缓解率为30%(18/60)，部分缓解率为45%(27/60)，总有效率为75%(45/60)。1、2、3年生存率为66.3%、45.7%、30.3%。结论 三维适形放疗(3DCRT)对老年非小细胞肺癌患者有较好的局部控制效果和较高的安全性，是治疗老年非小细胞肺癌患者的有效方法之一。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the curative effect on elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients treated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT).Methods 60 patients were treated by 3DCRT with a system of 6MV WDVE-XKY808. The total SRT dose was DT40 to 60 Gy prescribed at the 80%～90% isodose. 2～4 Gy for the fraction size with an inter-fraction duration of 1～3 days. Results 30% (18/60) patients achieved complete remission, 45% (27/60) achieved partial remission and total response rate was 75% (45/60). The overall survival rates for 1, 2 and 3 year were 66.3%, 45.7% and 30.3% respectively.Conclusion There is a good local control for elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients treated by 3DCRT. 3DCRT is an effective and safe treatment for elderly non-small cell lung cancer.
