摘要:
目的 探讨加巴喷丁用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的超前镇痛作用。方法 ASA I～Ⅱ级择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者42例，随机分为两组，每组21例。对照组麻醉诱导前不用任何镇痛药，治疗组于手术开始前2 h口服加巴喷丁300 mg，分别于手术结束后2 h、4 h、12 h、24 h进行疼痛评分(VAS)，同时记录两组患者术后初次使用哌替啶的时间、24 h内哌替啶使用总量及加巴喷丁的不良反应。结果 治疗组术后2 h、4 h、12 h、24 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)；术后初次使用哌替啶的时间长于对照组(P<0.01)；治疗组术后24 h哌替啶使用总量小于对照组(P<0.01)，两组的不良反应无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 加巴喷丁超前镇痛用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术，能有效缓解术后疼痛，减少术后哌替啶的使用量。
