摘要:
目的 研究胰岛素增敏剂二甲双胍、抗雄激素药物螺内酯对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS) 患者血清ghrelin水平的影响。 方法 临床收集60例PCOS患者的血清标本，根据胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)将其分为胰岛素敏感组、胰岛素抵抗组，分别予以螺内酯、二甲双胍治疗，分别测定其基础及3个月后的体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰导素(FINS)、促性腺激素、雄性激素、性激素结合球蛋白、ghrelin的水平及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果两组治疗后ghrelin水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。 结论 雄激素、胰岛素敏感性可能决定ghrelin水平的变化。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Metformin and Spironolactone on plasma ghrelin in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Sixty women with PCOS were divided into insulin sensitivity group and insulin resistance group, according to insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), and were treated with Spironolactone and Metformin respectively. The basal and after trimester levels of gonadotrophins, androgens, prolactin, sex hormone-binding globulin, glucose,insulin and ghrelin ,BMI,WHR were measured. Results The post-treatment ghrelin levels in insulin senstivity group was significant heightening (P<0.01). Conclusion In PCOS，androgens and insuline sensibility may be modulators of circulating ghrelin concentrations.
