摘要:
目的 分析卡培他滨节拍化疗治疗转移性结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法 对转移性结直肠癌22例给予口服卡培他滨500 mg，2次/d，每4周为1个周期，疗程2～4个周期。结果 疾病控制率达到63.6%(14/22)。结论 卡培他滨节拍化疗治疗转移性结直肠癌具有疗效好、副作用小及患者依从性好等优点。
