- 摘要:
- 目的 探讨手术治疗结核性毁损肺的治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析1996年5月至2008年5月186例因结核性毁损肺行肺叶或单侧全肺切除的临床资料，其中行单侧全肺切除138例，单侧肺叶切除42例，双侧肺叶切除6例。结果 术后2例死亡，发生支气管胸膜瘘22例，其他并发症16例。结论 手术治疗结核性毁损肺是有效的手段，手术风险大，并发症高，只要及时正确的做出处理，可降低病死率。
