[摘要] 目的 探讨胃镜下射频联合中西药物对疣状胃炎的疗效。方法 将经胃镜诊断且幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的182例疣状胃炎患者随机分为A组和B组，每组91例。B组胃镜下对所有成熟型疣状病灶行射频治疗，术后给予Hp根除治疗，A组在此基础上结合自制中药片“胃特安” 治疗。比较疣状病灶治愈率、Hp根除率及组织学改变情况。结果 两组Hp根除率分别为93.4%和92.3%，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；但A组治疗总有效率、异型增生及肠上皮化生逆转率要高于B组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 射频灼除疣状病灶、西药根除Hp、中药综合治疗，具有疗效好、操作方便，可以明显逆转肠上皮化生、异型增生，值得进一步研究和推广。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effect of radiofrequency under endoscope with drugs in treatment of verrucous gastritis. Methods One hundred and eighty-two cases of verrucous gastritis with Hp-positive were randomly divided into 2 equal groups. The patients in group B were treated with Hp eradication combined with radio frequency on complete type verruciod focus under endoscope. While those in group A were treated with WeiTeAn on the basis of group B. The cure rate of verrucous lesion,Hp eradication rate and histological change the situation were observed. Results The eradication rate of Hp in group A(93.4%) and group B( 92.3%) had no significant difference(P＞0.05). The total effective rate of treatment A group,dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia reversal rate were higher than that in the B group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency eliminates the verrucose lesion,the western medicine to eliminate Hp,and the traditional Chinese medicine complex therapy have curative effect. They may reverse the intestines metaplasia and dysplasia. It is worth further studying and the clinical promotion.
