摘要:
目的 探讨眼动脱敏与再加工技术(EMDR)对儿童灾后应激反应的疗效。方法 将地震后应激反应明显的68名受灾儿童，随机均分为两组，一组采用集体心理治疗(对照组)，另一组采用EMDR技术治疗(研究组)，疗程均为2周，每周治疗3次,均于治疗前及治疗2周后采用自制的地震后儿童心理应激反应症状量表进行评定。结果 两组治疗后各症状频度均较治疗前明显下降;研究组与震灾有关的所有12个症状治疗后下降频度均高于对照组(P＜0.05)，以闪回、房屋摇晃感及恐惧为著。结论 EMDR技术治疗儿童灾后应激反应疗效较好，尤其对闪回、房屋摇晃感及恐惧症状治疗效果更明显。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the response of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in children with stress reaction post-earthquake. Methods A total of 68 children with stress reaction post-earthquake were randomly assigned to control group and experimental group,and received group psychotherapy or EMDR for 2 weeks respectively. Both groups were treated 3 times every week. The scale of children stress reaction symptom post-earthquake were assessed at prior treatment and post-treatment. Results The frequency of symptoms in both groups significantly decreased after treatment. The frequency of flash back,house wabble and fear in experimental group were significant lower than that of control group after treatment. Conclusion EMDR have a good efficacy in the treatment of stress reaction post-earthquake in children,especially for flash back,house wabble,and fear.
