摘要:
目的 比较慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者血液红细胞比容(Hematocrit，Hct)与血浆B型钠尿肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)含量的相关性，为慢性心力衰竭的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法 根据纽约心脏病协会心功能分级标准入选154例Ⅱ级以上患者，同时检测BNP的含量和Hct值，比较两者相关性及其区间分布的关联。结果 154例Hct与BNP含量总体不相关[相关系数(r)=-0.034，P>0.05]，但根据检测指标分组分析后发现两者具有一定相关(r=0.295，P<0.01)。结论 Hct升高的CHF患者预后较好，同时伴有BNP升高与Hct降低的CHF患者预后差、死亡率高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore and compare the correlation between Hct(Hematocrit)and BNP (B-type natriuretic peptide ) in chronic congestive heart failure patients,so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.Methods Hospitalized patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected,and their BNP and Hct in blood were tested simultaneously after admission to hospital.Correlations were analyzed between values of Hct and BNP and between frequencies in value intervals of Hct and BNP.Results The correlation between values of Hct and BNP was detected,r=-0.034,P>0.05.After values Hct and BNP were dividing into three intervals,correlation was analyzed between frequencies in value intervals of Hct and BNP (r=0.295,P<0.01).Conclusion The Hct increased group might be beneficial in heart failure.But accompanied Hct lowering of BNP content increased in patients with heart failure were associated with a substantially high risk of mortality.
