摘要:
骨肉瘤是最常见的骨恶性肿瘤,但其发生机制目前尚未阐明。而核转录因子Snail不仅参与与骨肉瘤复发转移及预后有关的上皮细胞间质化过程,而且在肿瘤干细胞特性产生和维持、细胞生存和凋亡以及免疫调节中起着重要的作用,其有望成为骨肉瘤等恶性肿瘤治疗的一个新靶点。
