摘要:
注水结肠镜检查是区别于传统注气结肠镜检查的一种新方法(简称注水结肠镜)。许多相关研究突出结肠镜检查注水法相较于传统注气法在临床应用中的优势，包括提高结肠镜检查的成功率、减轻腹痛程度和提高结肠腺瘤检出率等。本文从注水结肠镜检查的原理、优缺点、各类技术方法及国内外的临床研究结果进行阐述。
