摘要:
目的 探讨军队医院军人心理咨询门诊的特点及心理障碍识别问题，为提高心理咨询门诊的诊疗效果提供依据。方法 对某综合医院2011年4月-2013年12月军人心理咨询门诊的194个病例进行分析。结果 咨询人群以青年官兵(20~35岁)为主占47.43%；已婚者占50.52%。心理咨询问题分类中情绪问题最多占37.63%；心理障碍疾病中精神分裂症占35.29%，情绪障碍抑郁症等占29.41%；新兵入伍后3个月为疾病高发期。结论 军队医院军人心理门诊病例有其特殊规律，特别要提高综合医院医务人员心理障碍的早期识别能力。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the recognition of characteristics and psychological problems of psychological counseling in military hospital,to provide a basis for improving the treatment effect on psychological counseling.Methods 194 cases who carried out military psychological counseling in a general hospital from 2011 April to 2013 December were analyzed.Results The advisory group in young soldiers (20-35 years old) occupied 47.43%;married for 50.52%.Emotion problems in classification of psychological counseling were up to 37.63%.The schizophrenia in mental disorders accounted for 35.29%.Emotional disorder such as depression accounted for 29.41%.New recruits had high incidence of the disease after 3 months.Conclusion Psychological clinic of military hospital has its special characteristic,early recognition ability should to be improved in the medical staffs of comprehensive hospital.
