摘要:
目的 观察核心肌群训练对早期卒中患者运动功能恢复的疗效。方法 符合纳入标准60例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规康复训练,治疗组在常规康复训练的基础上给予核心肌群训练。治疗4周后采用脑卒中姿势评定量表(postural assessment scale for stroke patients,PASS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer motor assessment,FMA)、Holden步行量表进行评价。结果 ①治疗后两组患者PASS评分、FMA评分、步行能力均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01)。②治疗后治疗组患者PASS评分、FMA分较对照组显著改善(P<0.01),步行能力有所改善(P<0.05)。结论 核心肌群训练可改善卒中患者躯干控制能力、下肢功能及步行能力,值得重视并加强应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of early core stability training on trunk control ability in patients after stroke. Methods 60 patients were randomly and equally divided into experimental group (core stability training plus conventional physiotherapy) and control group (conventional physiotherapy only). Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients (PASS), Fugl-Meyer motor assessment (FMA) and Hollden were applied to evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness after 4 weeks. Results ①PASS, FMA and Hollden were significant improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.01). ②PASS (P<0.01), FMA (P<0.01) and Hollden (P<0.05) in experimental group were significant improved than that in control group after treatment. Conclusion Early core stability training can significant improve trunk control ability, walk and lower limb function in patients after stroke.
