摘要:
目的 探讨分析血脂、血糖、血尿酸及血清铁蛋白与脂肪肝的相关性,为脂肪肝的预防提供参考。方法 分别检测74例脂肪肝患者外周血中血脂、血糖、血尿酸及血清铁蛋白水平。结果 脂肪肝组血脂、血糖、血尿酸及血清铁蛋白与非脂肪肝组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肥胖、饮酒、糖尿病、高血脂是形成脂肪肝的重要诱因,控制患者体重、合理膳食、养成良好的生活习惯对预防脂肪肝有重要意义。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship among fatty liver, blood lipid, blood glucose, blood uric acid and serum ferritin. To provide reference for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver disease. Methods Blood lipid, FBG, SUA and SF were detected in 74 cases of fatty liver patients. Results Blood lipid, FBG, SUA and SF between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between fatty liver and overweight, drinking, diabetes and high blood lipids. It is important for fatty liver prevention to control body weight, strengthen physical exercise, get reasonable diet and reduce lipid actively.
