摘要:
目的 评价医学模拟教学点读系统对提高护理人员操作水平和提升患者对操作满意度的效果。方法 随机抽取200名工作年限3~5年护理人员的操作考核成绩进行对照,比较2012年和2013年使用医学模拟教学点读系统进行技能培训前后考核合格率;以问卷调查形式对照比较2012年和2013年患者对护理操作的满意度。结果 患者对护理操作满意度由2012年的88.1%升至2013年的96.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2013年护理人员考核合格率比2012年有显著提高,交流沟通能力由69.0%升至86.5%,人文关怀到位度由69.0%升至87.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 利用医学模拟教学点读系统优于传统操作教学方法,可以大幅提高护理人员操作水平,有效避免护理纠纷,充分提高患者对护理操作的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the medical simulation teaching reading system, to improve nursing personnel operation level and to improve the patient satisfaction to the operation effect. Methods The operating examination results between the 2012 and 2013 from 200 nursing staff working years 3-5 years were compared between the use of medical simulation teaching reading skills training system before and after the examination qualified rate. In 2012 and 2013 compared to the satisfaction of patients with nursing operation in the form of a questionnaire survey. Results The patient satisfaction of nursing operation from 88.1% in 2012 to 96.4% in 2013, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). In 2013 working nurses examination pass rate was much higher than in 2012, communication ability from 69.0% to 86.5%, in place of the humanities concern increased from 69.0% to 87.0%, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion The use of medical simulation teaching reading system is superior to the traditional teaching methods and can greatly improve the nursing personnel’s level of operation, effectively avoid the nursing dispute, fully improve the patients’ satisfaction to nursing operation.
