摘要:
糖尿病视网膜病变是多见且高发的眼底病变,是糖尿病的全身性并发症之一。糖尿病视网膜病变的病因极其复杂,体液代谢异常在糖尿病性视网膜病变中发挥重要作用,水通道蛋白属于细胞膜转运蛋白是影响组织体液代谢的关键因素之一。水通道蛋白-1是首先发现的水通道蛋白,在视网膜中表达最多,与水电解质转运水平的视网膜微血管病变发病机制相关。本文综述水通道蛋白-1及其与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系,探讨新生血管性疾病的治疗思路和方法。
