摘要:
目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声（high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU）、米非司酮联合治疗子宫腺肌病的方法和效果。方法 60例子宫腺肌病患者被随机分成两组，A组：联合组（HIFU联合米非司酮治疗）；B组：单纯组（单纯HIFU治疗）。将两组治疗前后的临床症状、子宫及腺肌症病灶体积及血清糖类抗原CA125的水平进行了比较。结果 两组病例治疗后症状及体征均明显缓解。治疗后12个月随访，发现月经量及痛经症状均明显减少减轻；子宫体积及增厚腺肌均明显缩小，血清糖类抗原CA125明显下降，其中联合组各项指标效果更为明显。结论 采用HIFU、米非司酮联合治疗子宫腺肌病，既能得到消融、微创、无痛苦的目的，又能得到有效的疗效，是值得临床推广应用的一种好方法。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic methods and effects of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) with Mifepristone on adenomyosis. Methods 60 patients with symptomatic adenomyosis were randomly divided into combined group (Group A) using HIFU combined with Mifepristone and single group (Group B) only using HIFU. The clinical symptoms, uterus and adenomyosis lesion size, and serum CA125 index were compared between two groups. Results Dysmenorrhea and hypermenorrhea were relived obviously. Both the size of uterine and lesion and serum CA125 index reduced after 12 months of treatment. The relief rate of Group A was significantly higher than Group B. Conclusion HIFU ablation combined with Mifepristone is a safe and effective minimally invasive alternative for the treatment of symptomatic adenomyosis. This therapy deserved to be spread.
