摘要:
目的 探讨简便有效的防护游泳训练大鼠皮肤光老化的方法。方法 行紫外线长期照射游泳训练大鼠皮肤,予以VitC+锌灌胃,病理学方法检测大鼠皮肤组织变化,检测其皮肤内羟脯氨酸 (hydroxyproline,HYP)、丙二醛(malonic dialdehyde,MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性,酶联免疫吸附方法(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay, ELISA)检测 皮肤内金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)和骨膜蛋白表达水平。结果 成功建立了游泳训练大鼠皮肤光老化的模型,VitC与锌联用可以保持大鼠皮肤组织结构完整,维持I型胶原的稳定, 使皮肤内HYP含量升高,增强SOD活性,抑制MDA表达;可以有效抑制皮肤内MMPs升高,促进骨膜蛋白表达上调。结论 Vit C与锌联合使用对于皮肤光老化具有良好的防护效应。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the simple and effective protection method on skin photoaging of swimming training rat. Methods Swimming training rats were irradiated by ultraviolet-radiation over long-term and treated with VitC and Zinc. The skin of rats was collected to assess the changes of skin pathology, investigate the contents of HYP and MDA, the activity of SOD, and determine the contents of MMPs and periosteum protein by ELISA assay. Results Swimming training rat ultraviolet-radiation-induced photoaging model was established. The intervention of VitC and Zn on rat could maintain the integrity of skin tissue, preserve the stability of type I collagen, increase the contents of skin HYP and the activity of SOD, inhibit the expression of MDA and MMPs, and promote the expression of periosteum protein. Conclusion VitC combined with Zinc could effectively protect skin from photoaging of swimming training rat.
