摘要:
目的 探讨体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET)治疗患者胚胎培养液中血管内皮生长因子水平与早期胚胎质量及胚胎移植后临床结局的关系。方法 留取第3天胚胎培养液，采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测培养液中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的水平。结果 ①两组患者的平均年龄、获卵数、胚胎数、优胚数及移植胚胎的累积胚胎评分均无明显差异(P>0.05)，妊娠组卵泡液内VEGF 水平显著低于非妊娠组(P＜0.05)。②Ⅰ级胚胎培养液中VEGF水平明显低于Ⅱ级胚胎培养液中VEGF水平(P<0.01)。结论 胚胎培养液中VEGF的水平可以作为预测胚胎质量及妊娠结局的参考指标之一。
Abstract:
Objective To explore vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level in embryo culture medium and the impact on early Embryo quality and clinic outcome in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods Embryo culture mediums were obtained on the third day. ELISA was used to detect the level of VEGF in embryo culture mediums. Results ①There were no significant difference in female age, the numbers of oocytes and embryos, the number of high-quality embryos, cumulative embryo score (CES) of embryo transfer in two groups (P>0.05).The level of VEGF in embryo culture medium in pregnancy group was significant lower than in no pregnancy group (P<0.05). ②The level of VEGF in embryo culture medium was statistically significant lower in gradeⅠ embryo than grade Ⅱ embryo (P<0.01). Conclusion The level of VEGF in embryo culture medium can be used as one of predictors of embryo quality and pregnancy outcome.
