摘要:
鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)是鳞状上皮细胞中的一种高分子蛋白质,由SCC-Ag1和SCC-Ag2抗原组成。目前,SCC-Ag作为临床最早应用于鳞癌诊断的肿瘤标志物,与鳞癌的发生发展密切相关。对于宫颈鳞癌,SCC-Ag在辅助诊断、随访监测、疗效评价及预后评估方面均有重要的参考价值。文章就SCC-Ag在宫颈鳞癌中的应用现状及研究进展进行综述。
