摘要:
跌倒的低能量创伤造成的骨折往往是骨密度降低所致的骨折,也称为骨质疏松性骨折。骨质疏松性骨折是骨密度降低和骨的微观结构退化的结果 。老年人的跌倒风险与平衡能力、骨质疏松程度、年龄等相关。骨量和骨质量的致病、药物、BMI、营养状况、维生素D的摄入、新近的骨折病史、最近吸烟史、酒精的摄入量、运动情况、最近是否使用糖皮质激素、是否有类风湿性关节炎以及其他导致继发性骨折的危险因素,均为骨质疏松性骨折的危险因素。文章就骨质疏松性骨折常见的骨折因素进行分析,并对目前国内外预测骨折的工具进行综述。
