摘要:
目的　调查腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）患者术后恐动症现状及其影响因素，旨在为临床医护人员制订针对性干预措施提供依据。 方法　采用横断面调查，选取2017年3-10月入住北京某三甲医院脊柱外科的LDH术后患者为研究对象，采用一般资料调查问卷、恐动症TSK评分表、疼痛视觉模拟评分、自我效能感量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表进行调查。 结果　216例LDH患者中，145例患者存在恐动症状，恐动症发生率67.13%。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示，疼痛程度（OR=5.416, 95%CI：3.578～8.142）、自我效能（OR=0.571, 95%CI：0.358～0.743）、社会支持（OR=0.624, 95%CI：0.569～0.754）、焦虑抑郁状况（OR=0.518, 95%CI：0.369～0.762）为LDH患者术后恐动症的影响因素。 结论　LDH患者术后恐动症发生率较高，医护人员应及早识别患者术后恐动症状，进行相关健康宣教及个性化干预以缓解患者疼痛，提高患者自我效能，以降低其恐动程度。
