摘要:
目的探讨远程指导下的核心肌群训练对雷达兵腰痛的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的100名某部雷达兵随机分为对照组与核心肌群训练(CMT)组,每组50例。CMT组和对照组均接受线上的腰痛相关知识宣教,每周1次;CMT组在健康宣教的基础上进行线上的腰部核心肌群训练,每周3次,每次70min,持续4周。核心肌群训练前后分别采用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、Oswesty功能障碍指数(ODI)及特定动作来评估雷达兵的疼痛情况、功能障碍情况和躯干肌耐力水平,并且在核心肌群训练后采用李克特量表(Likert scale)调查此种方式对腰痛缓解的帮助度及满意度。结果核心肌群训练前,2组雷达兵的VAS评分、ODI评分及躯干肌耐力水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。训练4周后,CMT组的VAS及ODI评分明显低于对照组,而躯干肌耐力水平和帮助度及满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程指导下的核心肌群训练可有效改善雷达兵腰部疼痛和功能障碍情况,且可提高躯干肌耐力水平,值得在部队中推广。
