摘要:
目的探讨阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合疏血通注射液对缺血性脑卒中患者的凝血功能改善效果。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年7月在东部战区总医院秦淮医疗区神经内科住院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者36例。根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和联合组；其中对照组19例，联合组17例。对照组予以阿司匹林与氯吡格雷常规治疗，联合组在常规治疗基础上联合疏血通注射液。比较2组治疗后血栓弹力图、C反应蛋白(CRP)、凝血常规及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分结果，评价凝血功能及临床治疗效果。结果联合组较对照组血栓弹力图中的Angle角和CI值明显减小，CRP显著降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。联合组较对照组凝血常规差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组治疗后NIHSS评分[（1.294±0.5542）分]较对照组[（4.633±0.8776）分]显著改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合疏血通注射液能更有效降低缺血性脑卒中患者凝血块形成的速率和改善凝血过程，能更有效地减轻炎症反应和改善临床神经功能。
Abstract:
ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the effect of aspirin and clopidogrel combined Shuxuetong injection on the improvement of coagulation function in patients with ischemic stroke.MethodsA total of 36 patients with ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled. According to the treatment regimen, it is divided into control group and treatment group. Among them, there were 17 cases in the treatment group and 19 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional aspirin and clopidogrel, and the treatment group combined with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of conventional treatment. The results of post-treatment thromboelastography, C-reactive protein (CRP), coagulation routine, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores were compared between the two groups to evaluate coagulation function and clinical treatment effect.ResultsThe Angle and CI in the thromboelastogram of the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those in the control group, and the CRP was also significantly reduced (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in coagulation routines between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05). The NIHSS score of the treatment group（1.294±0.5542） was significantly improved compared with the control group（4.633±0.8776） (P<0.05).ConclusionAspirin and clopidogrel combined with Shuxuetong injection can effectively reduce the rate of coagulation and improve the coagulation process in patients with ischemic stroke, and can effectively reduce the inflammatory response and improve clinical nerve function.
