摘要:
目的 探讨老年急性胰腺炎的临床特点。方法 回顾性分析2002年1月至2007年6月49例老年急性胰腺炎的病例资料。结果 49例老年急性胰腺炎患者共发病61例次，其主要的病因是胆道疾病65.3％(32/49)，首发症状以腹痛为主85.7％(42/49)，CT检查阳性诊断率76.6%(36/47)略高于腹部B超69.0%(40/58),无显著性差异。结论 老年急性胰腺炎的主要致病原因是胆系疾病,患者症状大多不典型, CT检查是辅助诊断的良好手段。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical features of acute pancreatitis(AP) in elderly patients.Methods The elderly AP patients from January 2002 to June 2007 in our hospital were studied retrospectively.Results The elderly AP was dignosed in 49 cases for 61 times. Abdominal pain was the primary symptom in 94.4% patients. Principal reason of the elderly AP was disease of biliary tract(65.3%).68.9% and 76.6% patients were diagnosed by type B ultrasonic and CT respectively.Conclusion Elderly AP patients have no typical symptoms. Cholelithiasis is an inducement especially in recurrent AP patients. Type B ultrasonic and CT examination are important means in diagnosis.
