摘要:
目的 分析正常新生儿226 Hz 和1000 Hz探测音鼓室声导抗图的特性。方法 采用226 Hz和1000 Hz探测音对出生后3 d内的74例正常新生儿进行声导抗测试。结果 226 Hz探测音鼓室导抗图主要为双峰型,1000 Hz探测音鼓室导抗图主要为单峰型。139耳226 Hz鼓室导抗图的主要参数为外耳道容积0.38~0.90 ml,峰压15.87~63.77 daPa,峰补偿静态声导纳值0.46~0.65 mmho;118耳1000Hz探测音单峰型鼓室声导抗图的主要参数为峰声导纳值为1.69~2.56 mmho,峰压6.65~85.00 daPa,导抗图宽度为101.20~155.00 daPa,峰补偿静态声导纳值为0.23~1.12 mmho。结论 新生儿低频鼓室导抗图以双峰为主,高频鼓室导抗图以单峰为主,且婴幼儿对高频测试敏感性更高。
Abstract:
Objective To analysis the clinical characteristic of 226 Hz and 1000 Hz probe tone tympanomentry obtained from normal neonates. Methods The 226 Hz and 1000 Hz probe tone tympanomentry and their normative values were obtained from the normal neonates who aged from 3 days. Results The majority of 226 Hz tympanograms obtained from this test showed a double-peak. But when used 1000 Hz probe tone, the major tympanograms were single-peak. And the dates from 226 Hz tympanograms were as follows: the volume of ear canal was about (0.38-0.90) ml, the pressure of the peak admittance was about (15.87-63.77) daPa, the peak compensated static acoustic admittance was about (0.46-0.65) mmho, the sigle-peaked tympanograms of 1000 Hz were as follows: peak admittance was (1.69-2.56) mmho, the pressure of the peak admittance was about (6.65-85.00) daPa. Conclusion The majority of 226 Hz tympanograms were double-peak, but the 1000 Hz probe tone tympanograms typically show single-peak. And the sensitivity of 1000 Hz probe tone tympanomentry was better than that of 226 Hz.
