摘要:
目的 评价临床路径在河北北方学院附属第一医院试点工作取得的成效，探讨其应用价值。方法 选择河北北方学院附属第一医院2012年1月-2013年12月实施临床路径管理 的胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎、2型糖尿病3个病种共1170例病例作为临床路径组，另选取同期医院收治的第一诊断相同，采用传统方法治疗的相同病种患者465例 作为对照组，对各病种两组患者的治疗情况及患者满意度进行对比。结果 胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎、2型糖尿病3个病种临床路径组的平均住院时间、平均住院 费用、抗生素使用时间、临床治疗效果、术后并发症发生率均明显优于对照组，患者满意度则高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 临床路径管理能显著缩短平均 住院时间，合理分配医疗资源，提高诊疗行为的安全性，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical pathway pilot work made in the first affiliated hospital of Hebei North University and to explore the application value.Methods 1170 cases of gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,chronicrhinosinusitis,type 2 diabetes with clinical pathway management from January 2012 to December 2013 in the first affiliated hospital of Hebei North University as the clinical pathway group.The first diagnosis was selected from the same hospital,choose 465 cases of the same disease using the traditional treatment method as the control group,compared the treatment of various diseases of two groups of patients and patient satisfaction.Results Laparoscopic cholecystectomy gallbladder calculi,chronic rhinosinusitis,type 2 diabetes,average hospitalization days,average hospitalization expenses,time,clinical treatment,postoperative complications after antibiotic use 3 disease clinical pathway group the incidence rate was significantly better than the control group.The patients satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway management can shorten hospitalization time,reasonable distribution of medical resources,improve the safety of medical treatment and improve patients satisfaction.
