摘要:
目的 研究飞行员家庭夫妻双方与亲友的关系(relationship with kinfolks, RK)，探讨RK与心理社会家庭因素的相关性，为心理咨询和治疗工作提供依据。方法 飞行员夫妻同时进行Olson婚姻质量问卷的RK分量表、临床症状自评量表、紧张性生活事件调查表、社会支持评定量表、卡特尔16种人格问卷测评。结果 丈夫、妻子的RK与本人及丈夫/妻子的个性、心理健康水平、生活事件、社会支持多项因素有显著相关性。多因素分析揭示对丈夫RK的贡献大小依次为:敌对(妻子)＞躯体化(丈夫)＞负性婚姻恋爱问题(妻子)＞负性学习问题(妻子)＞负性法律问题(妻子)；对妻子RK的贡献大小依次为:聪慧性(妻子)＞幻想性(丈夫)＞负性家庭问题(丈夫)＞客观支持(妻子)＞世故性(丈夫)。结论 要提高夫妻双方的身心健康，就应把夫妻俩人RK列入心理咨询和治疗的内容。
Abstract:
Objective To research the influential psychosocial factors about the relationship with kinfolks(RK) in order to supply dependable data to psychotherapy and counseling about pilots, marital and family. Methods In 236 pilot's families RK from Olson Marital Quality Inventory(ENRICH), personality, mental health, stressful life event, social support, ill factors for wives and their husbands were measured respectively at the same time. Results The results showed there were significant relationships between relationship with kinfolks and personality, mental health, stressful life event, social support factors from wives and husbands. It was uncovered in a multiplex factors analysis that the main factors contributed to relationship with husband's kinfolks (RK) were hostility of wife, somatization of husband, negative problems of marriage of wife, negative problems of learning of wife, negative problems of law of wife, and so on. Conclusion It is necessary to understanding influential psychosocial factors of RK when take psychotherapy and counseling about pilots, marital and family.
