摘要:
目的 探讨超声在女性前列腺症诊断中的应用价值。方法 采取超声检查法对绝经后有反复尿频、尿急、排尿困难及尿潴留的患者检查，对膀胱颈部不同程度增厚的低回声区进行分析，观察其大小范围、增厚的程度、内部回声及与周边的关系等。结果 32例绝经后患者膀胱颈增厚程度与残余尿的关系:14例膀胱颈增厚呈低回声结节大小范围越大则残余尿量越多,18例膀胱颈增厚呈低回声结节大小范围越小则残余尿量越少或正常，仅表现为膀胱壁不光滑、增厚部分呈小梁小房样的改变。结论 彩色多普勒超声在绝经后女性前列腺症诊断中有着较好的诊断和鉴别诊断价值，为临床提供可靠的诊断治疗依据。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of female prostate disease.Methods The ultrasonography was used to examine postmenopausal female patients with symptoms such as urinary micturition, urgency of micturition, dysuria and uroschesis.The size, the thick, internal echo of vesical neck and the relationship to the surrounding of tissues were observed and analyzed.Results The relationship between thickening of the vesical neck and the residual urine of 32 cases of postmenopausal female patients was analyzed.14 cases with the thickening of the vesical neck showing larger range of low echo nubble had more residual urine, while 18 cases with the thickening of the vesical neck showing smaller range of low echo nubble had less residual urine or nomal residual urine and only register as wall of urinary bladder unsmooth, the thicken part showed the change like trabecular small room.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is useful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the prostate disease of postmenopausal women.It can provide a reliable basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
