摘要:
目的 优选舒通胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法 采用正交设计法,以浸膏量及高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷的含量,筛选出舒通胶囊的优化提取条件。结果 最佳提取工艺为10倍量水煎煮提取2次,每次1 h。结论 该提取工艺稳定性、重复性好,为该制剂的生产提供了实验依据。
Abstract:
Objective To optimize the process of the Shutong capsules. Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of the extraction technology to screen out the best extraction process by measuring the contents of naringin and the evaluation of extracts. Results The best extraction process includes 10 times volume of water for boiling for 2 times, each time for 1h. Conclusion This method is stable, replicable and feasible, and can be used for industrial production.
