摘要:
目的 研究成人和青少年固定正畸患者在矫治过程中牙周状况的不同。方法 选取青少年和成年正畸各30例，并选取30例健康者做阴性对照，取流行病学代表牙位11、16、26、31、36、46，比较患者口内的牙周情况和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的量。结果 青少年组牙周情况如菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊出血、牙周探诊深度、平均附着丧失都高于成年患者，而且两组均明显高于对照组，其差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；成人组龈沟液内MMP-2和MMP-9都明显高于健康组而低于青少年组(P＜0.05)。结论 固定正畸治疗患者牙周状况较健康者差，而青少年患者的牙周病变情况比成人患者严重，应引起临床正畸医生的重视。
Abstract:
Objective To study the difference of the periodontal status between adolescents and adults with orthodontic treatments. Methods Thirty adolescents and thirty adults with orthodontic treatments were selected. Thirty healthy volunteers were used as negative control. The periodontal status and MMPs of the representative teeth of epidemiology (11,16,26,31,36,and 46) were compared. Results The periodontal status of adolescents such as plaque index,subgingival bleeding index,bleeding on probing,probing depth,attachment loss,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were more serious than that in adults(P<0.05). The status in two study groups were more serious than that in healthy group(P<0.05). Conclusion The periodontal status of patients with orthodontic treatments is poor. The status in adolescents is worse than that in adults.
