摘要:
妊娠合并急性胰腺炎(APIP)是一种严重的妊娠合并症，临床并不常见。一般多发生于妊娠晚期及产褥期，具有起病急、进展快的特点，常因诊断、处理不及时延误抢救治疗，从而危及母婴生命。现将APIP的高危因素、诊断要点及治疗策略综述如下。
