摘要:
急性冠状动脉综合征患者被推荐服用氯吡格雷时合用质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)，以降低患者胃肠道出血的发生率。近年来有些学者关注氯吡格雷与PPIs之间的相互作用，众多研究的结论也是矛盾的，因此给服用氯吡格雷的患者开PPIs处方之前，强化消化道出血风险及心血管风险的个体化危险评估仍是非常必要的。
