摘要:
目的 评价颌间牵引钛钉在颌骨骨折治疗中的临床应用效果。方法 对50例颌骨骨折行切开复位内固定术辅助应用颌间牵引钛钉行颌间固定,术后行颌间牵引,临床观察其应用效果。结果 50例均恢复至原有咬合关系;268颗牵引钛钉中,除11颗钛钉被黏膜组织完全包裹外,均未出现其他并发症,牵引期间无钛钉松动脱落;影像学提示骨折断端对位良好,解剖复位43例,基本复位7例。结论 颌间牵引钛钉操作简便,并发症少,对颌骨功能及咬合关系恢复效果良好。
Abstract:
Objective To assess the clinical effect of intermaxillary fixation titanium screw in jaw fracture. Methods Fifty cases of jaw fracture received open reduction and internal fixation combined with treated by intermaxillary fixation with titanium screw,intermaxillary traction were performed after the operation. The clinical effect was observed in and after the operation.Results Occlusion of all cases was restored to normal after the operation. A total of 268 titanium screws were used in 50 patients without any complication except that 11 titanium screws were covered by oral mucosa,while none were lost or loosed. The radiologic examinations showed complete remodeling in 43,moderate remodeling in 7. Conclusion The using of intermaxillary fixation titanium screw in fixation of jaw fracture is not only make the operation more simple and less complication,but also show high efficiency.
