摘要:
本文综述了急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation，以下简称APACHE评分)的发展与应用，以及医护人员应用APACHE评分系统的现状。一方面指出APACHE评分系统在临床护理、护理管理中的重要性；另一方面回顾APACHE评分局限性的研究，将APACHE评分系统在医疗和护理上的应用进行对比，以期使 APACHE评分系统能在临床工作中得到更合理的应用。
