摘要:
目的 通过临床实习教学电子档案的优化设计和应用,促进护理教学质量的提高。方法 设计临床实习教学电子档案,记录内容包括护生基本资料、护理部培训情况、科室培训情况3个方面, 由教学质量控制组根据临床实习教学电子档案内容,追溯评价教学和实习效果。结果 临床实习教学电子档案应用后, 能及时、客观、全面地反映护生实习情况,护理教学质量总体评分高于应用前(P <0.05),护生对护理教学的总体满意度有所提升(P<0.05)。结论 临床实习教学电子档案的设计应用,对临床护理教学工作起到了良好的督促、指导作用,可有效提高护理教学质量,更好地为护 生提供个性化教学。
Abstract:
Objective The clinical teaching management documentation was designed and applicated to promote the clinical nursing teaching quality. Methods The clinical teaching management documentation was designed including students basic information, nursing department training and clinical departments training. The teaching efficient was evaluated by teaching quality keeper based on the content of teaching electronic archives. Results The application of clinical teaching management documentation reflected the students performance in clinical practice timely, objectively and comprehensively. After the application of clinical teaching management documentation, the score of teaching quality and teaching satisfaction were significantly higher (P<0.05) than before. Conclusion The application of clinical teaching management documentation can improve the teaching quality and provide nursing students characteristic education.
