摘要:
目的 评价盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合尿石通丸治疗输尿管远端小结石的临床效果。方法 选取2014年3月至2016年3月于解放军第174医院就诊的输尿管远端小结石患者184例，随机分为2组：对照组82例, 采用单纯服用尿石通丸治疗(口服尿石通丸4 g，2次/d，同时每日饮水>2000 mL)；观察组102例，采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(商品名：哈乐；0.4 mg，1次/d) 联合尿石通丸治疗。观察结石排出率及结石排出时间。结果 对照组结石排出率为51.2%（42/82), 平均排出时间(10.5±3.3)d；观察组结石排出率为89.2% (91/102), 平均排出时间(8.4±2.0)d；2组结石排出率及排出时间比较, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸坦索罗辛联合尿石通丸治疗输尿管远端小结石能明显缩短结石排出时间及提高排石率, 效果优于单纯应用尿石通丸。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules (trade name: Hale) combined Niaoshitong pill in the treatment of distal ureteral calculus.Methods 184 cases of distal ureteral calculus were choosed from 2014 March to 2016 March in our hospital, and randomly divided into two groups: control group (82 cases) simple used Niaoshitong pill treatment (oral Niaoshitong pill 4 g, 2 /d, at the same time, the daily drinking water > 2000 mL); Observation group(102 cases) used Niaoshitong pill combined Tamsulosin (oral 0.4 mg, 1/d). To observe the lithecbole rate and lithecbole time.Results Control group lithecbole rate was 51.2% (42/82), and average lithecbole time was (10.5±3.3) days; Observation group lithecbole rate was 89.2% (91/102), and average lithecbole time was (8.4±2.0) days; There was significant difference in lithecbole rate and lithecbole time of two groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules (Hale) combined Niaoshitong pill in treatment of distal ureteral calculus can obviously shorten the lithecbole time and increase lithecbole rate, which is superior to the simple using Niaoshitong pill.
