摘要:
目的 了解东部战区医院护理人力资源现况,科学合理地做好护理人力资源配置管理。方法 编制战区医院护理人力配置调查问卷,对战区内所有医院(含临床部)护士数量、岗位分布、队伍结构、机动卫勤分队护士情况及护理管理中存在的矛盾问题等展开调查研究。结果 护士总数稳步增加,实际开放床位与护士总数比为1∶0.59,与临床岗位护士总数比为1∶0.54;在岗军人护士较少,仅占2.38%,非护理岗位军人护士占实有军人护士31.83%;聘用护士占护士总数达91.54%,管理岗位聘用护士占42.8%,聘用护士已成为战区医院护理队伍的主体力量;护士队伍学历水平提升显著,大专以上学历护士达92.18%,但初级职称护士占92.65%,高级职称护士仅占0.83%,35岁以下的护士占88.74%,工作10年以下的聘用护士占实有聘用护士总数达83.44%,技术骨干力量流失问题严重。结论 结合当前现状,要高度重视军人护士编制的落实,加强文职人员护士和聘用护士的培训管理,打造以军人护士为核心,文职护士为骨干,聘用护士为主体的专业人才队伍,为部队官兵和人民群众提供更加优质的护理服务。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of nursing staff in military hospitals of the East War Zone, and administrate the nursing manpower resource scientifically and reasonably.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted on the number of nurses, the distribution of posts, the structure of the team, the nurses in the mobile medical service units and the contradictions in the nursing management of all hospitals (including the clinical department) in the war zone.Results The total number of nurses increased steadily in recent years, and the actual number of open beds and nurses was 1∶0.59, compared with the total number of nurses in the clinical posts of 1∶0.54. In the military soldiers less nurses, accounting for only 2.38%, non-nursing positions military nurses accounted for military soldiers were 31.83%. The employed nurses accounted for 91.54% of the total nurses and 42.8% of the employed nurses in the management positions. The employed nurses had become the main force of the nursing team in the war zone hospitals. Education level of nurses were significantly improved. College education or above nurses up to 92.18%, but the junior nurses accounted for 92.65%; Senior nurses accounted for only 0.83%; Nurses under the age of 35 accounted for 88.74%; The employed nurses who have worked for less than 10 years account for 83.44% of the total number of employed nurses, and the loss of technical backbone is serious.Conclusion According to the current situation, we should attach great importance to the implementation of military nurses, and Strengthen the management of civilian staff nurses and nurses. To build a military nurse as the core, civilian nurses as the backbone, employing nurses as the main body of the professional team for the troops and the people to provide more quality care services.
