摘要:
文章结合中外联合演训与救援行动的任务特点，疏理应急医疗救援行动的组织实施全过程，结合救援组织指挥、人员抽组、物资准备、救援实施、医疗后送等方面，提出医疗队从联合演训转为实际救援要实现无缝对接，医疗队混合编组条件下实施救援要注重多方协同，注重开展复杂环境陌生条件下应急医疗救援模式研究，重视突发事件应急医疗救援过程中的风险防范，保障应急医疗救援行动安全高效，促进我军机动卫勤力量执行中外联合演训、应急医疗救援等多种任务能力提升。
Abstract:
By analyzing the mission characteristics of the rescue operation, the organization and implementation of the emergency medical rescue operation, combined with the rescue organization command, personnel pumping, material preparation, rescue implementation, medical evacuation, etc., proposed the medical team from the joint training to achieve the actual rescue to achieve seamless docking, the medical team under the mixed grouping conditions to implement rescue should pay attention to multi-party coordination, focus on the development of emergency medical rescue mode under the unfamiliar conditions of complex environment, pay attention to the risk prevention in the emergency medical rescue process, guarantee the emergency medical rescue operation is safe and efficient, and promotes the ability of our military mobile medical force to perform various tasks such as Chinese-foreign joint training and emergency medical rescue.
