摘要:
创伤合并海水浸泡后会进一步加剧机体损伤,由于海水的特殊性决定了海水浸泡伤的致伤特点:严重低温症、高渗性脱水、严重感染。因此,创伤合并海水浸泡伤情更加复杂,伤者致死率更高。明确海水浸泡后的致伤机制,对于创伤合并海水浸泡的救治意义重大。文章就创伤合并海水浸泡致伤特点及优先处置原则进行综述。
Abstract:
Trauma combined with seawater immersion will further aggravate the body injury. Due to the particularity of seawater, the characteristics of seawater immersion injury are determined: severe hypothermia, hypertonic dehydration, and severe infection. As a result, the combination of trauma and saltwater immersion is more complicated and the casualty fatality rate is higher. It is of profound significance to understand the injury mechanism after seawater immersion for the treatment of trauma combined with seawater immersion. In this paper, the characteristics and priority management principles of trauma combined with seawater immersion were reviewed.
